Dale is a Ph.D. candidate in business psychology with a research focus in behavioral economics, decision strategy, consumer psychology, and risk bias, expecting to defend his dissertation in 2021; he also holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, a BA in Economics from California State University, and he is a U.S. Navy veteran
